I believe that owning your own home is one of the most important investments you can make in a lifetime. You have to live somewhere, might as well pay yourself rent, instead of paying the landlord.

I have helped hundreds of first time home buyers over the years, and I can say that it has been a very rare occasion that it did not turn out well. I love what I do. I love to help people get through a very exciting yet fearful experience, but worth the effort it takes. As a Southern California Home Owner I feel we are living in the best place in the world.
